22/11/10 St Andrews Dock Hull. R Holland boatswain. Whilst lifting the anchor over the port bow, it slipped on the bow rail crushing his right arm.

Record of Casualty.

21/12/10 North Sea. Port bow severely damaged necessitating removal of four plates. Steam Trawler Stirling Castle SN284 ran into us whilst we were laid taking a cast of lead. I gave him two long blasts to indicate the way was off my ship.
