Record of Casualty. March 11th 1912 collided with ST Oberon doing damage to her starboard quarter. A mistake was made by the trimmer in going ahead with the engine instead of astern as ordered .
Official Log. Whilst in the Port of Blythethe mate , boatswain, 3rd hand and cook went ashore and came onboard intoxicated, after having been told to stay onboard the vessel and clear the decks on the 12th. 13th April 1912 leaving the ship in dangerous position .
Certificates. I am informedby the skipper that the boatswain was fined £3 & cost or 21 days, the 3rd hand £2 & costs or 28 days and the deck hand 30/- & costs or 10 days.
