Charles Hodson 3rd Hand was sent home to Hull March 1 1886 by cutter. His leg being broken J Welton 4th Hand was promoted to 3rd & H Rasmussen was sent out by Cutter as 4th Hand. H Rasmussen 4th hand being incompetent to perform his duties , his wages have been reduced from 16/- to 11/- per week for the whole trip.
