Record of Casualty. 1/11/12 Gravesend. Collided, a sliding blow with steamer riding at anchor. SS Columbia leaving the Hulk Countess of Erne, weather hazy asked the unknown steamer to stay whilst I put out boat to see what damage done to him but he got his anchor & steamed away.
