29/7/12 North sea. F Shepperdson, trimmer. Slipped down stokehold & knocked skin off elbow. Wound turned to blood poisoning.
25/8/12 North Sea F Pashley, trimmer. Skin knocked off 4th finger on right hand and septic poisoning set in. 2/9/12 North Sea. J Perry, 3rd hand. Septic hand cause unknown.
25/12/12 W Hodgson 1st engineer. Broke left thigh, knocked against winch by heavy sea.

4/10/12 North Sea. Bulwarks on port side slightly damaged. Collision with SS Envoy whilst boarding.
Official Log.
John Strong, 2nd hand, discharged on 5/10/12 to SS Elf for conveyance to Hull on account of festered (right) hand. His hand had been swollen for some 4 days, & as the doctors on the Misiion Ship Alpha were unable to do anything to relieve it they advised his return to port. It is not known that he received any injury onboard this vessel.
