January 21st 1887 20 minutes past 12 am came in contact with the smack Windsor Castle. Both had our nets down when his quarter knocked down our rails, bulwarks and ten stanchions. Windsor Castle later on half past 3am chopped our gear away.

William Boyles 2nd Hand. 12 August 1886 4.30am St Andrews Dock Hull. Right foot crushed under crank shaft of the engine. caused by a slip.
