I John Tibble skipper of the smack Lochness makes a report that the smack Prairie Flower came into collision with us. I hereby certify that another smack name unknown also collided with us. 8/1/87 North Sea Spurn bearing W 80 miles. Damage to covering board one plank & port rail. Collision with smack Prairie Flower of Hull. Neglect of our watch 3rd Hand.
11/3/87 Midnight North Sea Spurn bearing W by S 240 miles. Three planks , covering board 2 timbers, 42 stanchions broken. Collision with samck name unknown.
