3 March 1889 North sea. Vessel sprung a leak. strong winds & a heavy sea.
5th March 1889. Vessel foundered. Sprung a leak 2 days previously. Crew escaped in their own boat and were shortly afterwards picked up by the steam trawler Adonis of North Shields.
