13th October 1888 North Sea. Loss of fishing gear. Trawl warp was cut by James Fisk 3rd hand.

Shortly after arrival in dock on the 15th October James fisk 3rd hand was apprehended on suspicion of having wilfully cut the the trawl warp and about the 17th or 18th day of the same month he was charged with the offence before the magistrate at Hull. Being found guilty he was sentenced to twelve weeks imprisonment with hard labour.
