Struck in the face, Hodson found fault with Priestley for not steering properly, and Priestly taking no notice Hodson committed the assault. For offence named on page 11 here of. Charles Hodson the 2nd hand was fined 10/- under regulations 3 & 9 printed on page 3 of this agreement. The amount being paid to the Superintendent of the Mercantile Marine office at Hull on the 4th day of July 1889.
