26/2/91 North Sea. Name of person illtreated - W Lewis cook, by H J Kibble 4th hand. Kibble requiring a cup of tea, asked Lewis to get it for him & upon Lewis refusing 3 times, went into the cabin & struck him in the face with his fist.

Hull 3rd March 1891. H J Kibble having expressed his regret & having been reprimanded it is not my intention to impose any penalty on him or enforce the fine imposed by Reg. 3 for maintaining discipline ( see page 3 ) , for the assault committed on W Lewis.
