25//6/92 North Sea. Thomas Wood Deck Hand. Whilst assisting to shoot the gear his right leg became entangled in the fore bridle & he was drawn overboard. We immeadiately hauled upour gear & thus saved him, but his leg was so seriously injured that amputation was necessary.
