15 September 1891 North Sea. G Seaman 3rd hand. Broke left arm whilst engaged in launching boat, his arm was crushed between the stern of the boat & the shroud of the main rigging.

6/10/91 10.30am North Sea. John Smith, cook. Suicide. Deceased jumped deliberately overboard & resisted every effort made to save him. He was drowned.
