- The Chacellor decreed that one of the Masters of the Court was to appoint six persons to be Trustees of the Charity Estate and to approve a scheme for carrying the trusts of the Will into execution. It was also ordered that the Charity Estates should be conveyed to the new Trustees and that the conveyance should contain a proviso for appointing and continuing trustees of the Charity.
