Contains: The Chancellor's Last Decree [12 Nov 1800] and accompanying evidence, including a copy of The Chacellor's First Decree. Written in one volume. Also includes Masters Report & Cerificates as to Costs [8 Aug 1801].

The Chancellor decreed that clergymens widows and daughters should be admitted to the college or Almhouses in preference to kin. One of the Masters of the Court was to appoint six persons to be Trustees of the Charity Estate and to approve a scheme for carrying the trusts of the Will into execution. It was also ordered that the Charity Estates should be conveyed to the new Trustees and that the conveyance should contain a proviso for appointing and continuing trustees of the Charity.
