- These documents confirm that the Society owned 170 and 174 Park Street, Grimsby. They also had partnership from 1967 with the Grimsby Fishermen's and Sailors Harbour of Refuge Almshouse Trust who ran similar houses in Weelsby Street, Grimsby. The file includes correspondence relating to housekeeping, a plan dated May 1964 showing details of the fire escape staircase and menus for one weeks meals supplied to residents. There are also documents relating to the sale of the properties in the mid 1970s.
