Parties: (i )The Hull Dock Co.

(ii) Five Commissioners under the Act of Improvement for Hull and Myton

Agreement: (i) to allow (ii) to use an inlet from the Railway Dock to the sewer for the scouring of the latter.

(ii) to pay for it's construction and maintenance and a yearly acknowledgement of 1/-
