- Bundle of documents relating to a case involving Stephen Dickinson, Clerk to the Sculcoates Commissioners and the Devisees of the late Edward Codd, Esq, regarding the recovery of expenses for the paving of parts of Charles Street and Jarrett Street, Sculcoates. The bundle includes a notice written by Pearson Fox, Collector and served upon Mr Samuel Codd in the parish of Cottingham in Dec 1830. Copies of the notice were also served on Susannah Codd and Marianne Codd. There are also bills of costs issued by the plaintiff, Stephen Dickinson, to Susannah and Samuel Codd in 1826 and a warrant of distress for levying the sum of just over £88 on the goods and chattels of Samuel Codd, Cottingham, being his proportion for paving and flagging Jarratt Street.
