5 tenements in Lime Street;
a messuage east of Lime Street occupied by Thomas Walton;
2 acres of garden at the east end of Hodgson Street and 6 tenements on part of it;
a greenland yard (a yard where whales were cut up for commercial use) and 2 timber yards and buildings thereon between Lime Street and the River Hull;
property inherited on the deaths of Mary Thornton and Mary Walton;
a messuage at the north end of the east side of the High Street, Hull and the adjoining shipyard;
property inherited on the death of Elizabeth Gooddy;
a messuage in Dock Street, Hull
and a quarter of the manor house and outbuilding yard land at Thorngumbald, East Yorkshire.
