A record of shops at each address in Newland Avenue, first compiled in 2004 by Mr John Scotney in a format similar to Kelly's Directory. Mr Scotney has updated his original directory and there are now 19 versions, providing a record of changes in shop types between 2004 and 2023. There are 142 accompanying images taken between 2006 and 2011. Thumbnails of these images can be found with the directories.
