Description:: Printed list compiled under the War Damage Act, 1941-section 7. This list is accommpanied by a memorandum from the City Engineer to the City Architect. It refers to the repair of properties classified as C (b)-seriously damaged and needing human evacuation. The repair of which can take place so long as the properties are not affected by zoning, street improvements or redevelopment.
