- Groups of lists sent mostly weekly with a cover sheet to the City Architect showing the first aid repairs made to war damaged properties giving the total cost of repairs for each contract as well as the lists of properties repaired with relevant house numbers and the type of work undertaken. Each of these lists are given a serial number, contractor name and order number. These records are organised by serial number chronologically. The dates are taken from the cover sheet but the repairs may have been carried out some time before this. Some of this information can be cross referenced to the records at C TAY/AR (War damaged property sheets) where the serial number is known as the R.H.C. number (Repair Housing Contract).
