Contains:-
i) Printed weekly returns for Great Britain, county by county giving outbreaks confirmed; number of animals slaughtered for swine fever, anthrax, rabies, glanders, pleuro-pneumonia and sheep-scab.
ii) Declaration of infected place. Copies of forms sent to owners of swine fever infected premises in Hull, giving name, address and date. Signed by local authority inspector.
iii) Notices of freedom from disease. Giving place in Hull where disease existed, owner, declaration for freedom from swine fever by Board of Agriculture.
iv) Board of Agriculture Orders and related correspondence.
v) Returns in accordance with the Diseases of Animals Act, 1894. Related to fresh outbreaks of diseases giving name of disease, date of outbreak and inspection, name and address of owner and description of animal.
vi) Copy of the Board of Agriculture leaflet no.291 'Swine fever''.
