i) Printed weekly returns for Great Britain, county by county giving outbreaks confirmed; number of animals slaughtered for swine fever, anthrax, rabies, glanders, pleuro-pneumonia and sheep-scab.
ii) Declaration of infected place. Copies of forms sent to owners of swine fever infected premises in Hull, giving name, address and date. Signed by local authority inspector.
iii) Notices of freedom from disease. Giving place in Hull where disease existed, owner, declaration for freedom from swine fever by Board of Agriculture.
iv) Forms related to performing dogs. Gives details such as approval of premises for keeping dogs, name of theatre, owners and address, number of dogs licensed to perform, location of dogs, import details and dates of arrival and removal.
