Description:

i) John Hopkinson of Westminster, Civil Engineer, the registered proprietor of British Letters Patent, 27 July, 1882 no. 3576 granted to him for "improvements in distributing and measuring electricity and apparatus to be employed for those purposes".

ii) The Westinghouse Electric Co. Ltd., of Westminster, beneficial owners of the said letter patent.

iii) Hull Corporation.
