There is no information relating to the child's family, their circumstances, their time in the Institution/home or where they went after their education was completed.

The sheets cover the Cottage Homes, Hessle, Hesslewood Orphanage, individual Foster Homes and the Open Air School.

The covering dates refer to the dates payments are recorded on the sheets for the child, not the childrens' date of birth.

Institutions have been listed as they appear in the files.

These items contain personal sensitive information and will not be available for public inspection until one hundred years after the date of the last entry in the file.
