Cards, organised alphabetically, used to manage members of the Cyclist Messenger Corps, normally males and females between 15 to 18 years of age. The volunteers often belonged to organised youth groups. The cards comprise of a personnel card and an equipment card. Some cards are for those messengers based at the Control and Report Centre.
