File concerning the Scheme for the Care of the Homeless including lists of reception centres around the city where people who were bombed out could go until receiving alternative accomodation and what they should provide. These reception centre were organised by the Women's Voluntary Service. Also includes procedures for billeting with list of names and contact information for the billeting officers and a list of empty houses known as the Wardens' Furnished Houses available for billeting.
