Front of the volume includes 'Standing Orders Adopted' (Sep 1917), 'Rules for the Election of Officers' (1912) and list of donations totalling £40 towards the cost of the [Cester] Memorial Window (n.d.) and letter (13 Nov 1895) from Hornsea Congregational Church to H. Lambert asking if he would consent to be a Trustee. Minutes include condemnation of the proposed Education Bill (Oct 1902) becuase it proposes to destroy the School Boards. Also contains 'Scheme for a Re-constituted Congregational Union' (Oct 1901).
