Recalls the blitz of 1941 and the sound of bombs dropping and that when the All Clear sounded 'we all gave a sigh of relief' but when she went home she found she had no home to go to. An old lady put them up for the night and how she [Edna] wanted to 'go across to Germany and punch Hitler and his Nazi young in the jaw'.
