- These photographs are of an exhibition of electrical instruments. This could be the 28 Sep-30 Sep 1960 exhibition held at Farmery Hall, George Street, Hull-the first purely electronics exhibition. David Taylor was responsible, with the co-operation of Hull Electronics Engineering Society, for the exhibition. He was the chairman of the National Council of the Institution of Electronics for a number of years from 1960.
