Dated 1852 and signed by Gillyat Sumner, volume [Case] B, S, relating to the North Bailwick, which includes, Atwick , Barmston etc.
Includes correspondence found in the front binding between George Poulson and Gillyat Sumner relating to the purchase of the volumes. Also includes article from the Eastern Morning News dated 7 Feb 1922 regarding the recommeded purchase to Hull Libraries. See Council Minutes, Public Libraries Committe, 1921-22 for details regarding the purchase of the volumes by Hull Libraries.
