Note that the image used on the cover of the book is taken from the cover of the 2003-2004 Poetry School programme with which Khalvati was involved. Includes: unbound proof copy with compliments slip bearing letterhead of Cromwell Press (21 Apr 2004); unbound proof copy of cover with compliments slip bearing letterhead of Cromwell Press asking for the proof to be returned to Martin Parker with approval (c.Apr 2004).
