Correspondence and other papers relating to George F. Webb he was based/imprisoned at Road Board Camp Denton Newhaven Sussex, Lewes Detention Barracks and Balmer Camp. He refused conscription as he was a Pacifist (Quaker?). Contains account of conditions at Balmer Camp, and a note to say the camp was condemned after an outbreak of diphtheria.
