Volume contains audited annual income and expenditure statements of the Guild (1975-2004) and typescript agendas relating to AGMs held in the period 18 Jan 1988-7 Feb 2006.

The following receipts are recorded under statements of income: Guild funds, Charities Fund, Benevolent Fund, members' subscriptions, raffles and refreshments, grants, donations from members and from congress, jumble and bring & buy sales, harvest festival, and bank interest. The following payments are recorded under statements of expenditure: Fees paid to Head Office, Section, and District, donations to various named charities and appeals, costs of refreshments, competition prizes, Guild magazines, and Congress attendance, cost of holding annual 'Strawberry Tea', 'Guild Birthday Tea', and Christmas lunch, grants from the Benevolent Fund, postage costs, honorariums/presentations, and gratuities.

Agendas are annotated with the names of officers elected and record the following names: Ethel Smith, Frances Dawson, Clarice Scruton, Clara Watson, Kathleen Hubbert, Jean Oxley, B. Goodman, E. Note that from AGM held 25 Feb 1991 it appears that two professional auditors were appointed annually. Messrs R. Gaston, G. Watkins, D. Widdowson, and M. Croasdell appear variously as auditors.
