Richard Danby to convey to Henry Bellassis and Marmaduke Constable, esquires, all his wastes, moors, commons, pastures, waters, ponds, stanckes, and fishings in Wallenfen and in the Cowepasture there, with all courts jurisdictions and other appurtenances to the following uses (a) Richard Danby, his heirs and assigns being the lords of the manor of South Cave and their tenants and farmers to have common for all beasts and cattle levant and couchant in the manor of South Cave and turf and all easements in Wallenfen as heretofore (b) The residue of the premises, except the Cowe Pasture to the use of Thomas Metham (c) The Cowe Pasture to the use of Richard Danby his heirs and assigns so long as he and his heirs continue the lords of the manor of South Cave (d) Should they alienate the manor at any time then their rights in the Cow Pasture to pass to those to whom they alienate the manor: Witnesses Wm. Nut, Danl. Nut, Antony Danson, Willm. Lowson junior, and Miles Escrick.
