Manor of West Hall at South Cave with two royalty gates in the Sands; cottage and garth in the West End Town; 14 oxgangs; cottage at the upper end of the market place with three little closes adjoining; 4 Paddock Closes, 2 Bagletts Closes, Dydedale Close, Houghdale Close and 2 Mickledale Closes in the Ings; cottage and hempgarth, two tofts, eight acres meadow in the Ings and a little close in the horse fair all in South Cave. Closes called the Intack and the Groves, 5 1/2 acres meadow and 4 Island gates at Brumfleet, And all estate of Richard Lloyd in those places and closes called Farr, Middle and Little Water Closes; Old and New Orchard; Dovecoat Close and buildings called the Hall with the Hall Yard, the Park Close, four Flatts upon the Wolds called Crake Crow Flatt on the Great Wold, Commerdale Flatt upon the Little Wold, Lime Kiln Flatt upon the Great Wold, Hanging Flatt upon the Great Wold and Nunnery Close all in South Cave.
