For £50: Sir George and William Palmes, as U DDBH/12/100, to William Rogers merchant and William Wyvell mercer both of York. Close (4ac.) inclosed from W. end of Naborne Wood, with a fold garth adjoining, and parcels on which an ox-house, brewhouse and barn stand appertaining to the capital messuage there heretofore the inheritance of Richard Bell; and a long screed of ground extending from the said close to a yeate leading into Naburne Feild: Witnesses James Brearey, John Ellerker, Henry Pearson, Henrie Cundall.
