At £6 rent: John Constable merchant, John Smith attorney, both of York, George Wyley yeoman and William Palmes esquire, both of Naburne to George Rodes of Lotherton and William Plaxton of Wressell gentlemen. Close of wood (30ac.) abutting on W. on close called the West end of Naburne Great Wood, and on E. on Naburne Wood: Recites lease of the premises for 20 years 11 months 27 days from death of Sir George Palmes, father of W. P., from Francis Palmes of Ashwell, Rutland, esquire, Joseph Micklethwaite of York esquire and John Rushworth of Lincolns Inn esquire (with consent and direction of W. P.) to J. C., J. S. and G. W.
