Description:

a) R. A. to convey to B. P.: seven messuages, four mease-steads or tofts, 35ac. arable, and 3ac.1r. meadow. Also a moiety of two messuages, and lands sometime in tenure of Wylliam Tankard and Thomas Cowper, of which R. A. is tenant by curtesy if his son Rawfe, heir to his late wife Margaret, will agree on coming of age. All in Naburn.

b) B. P. to convey to R. A.: 44ac. in seven closes on S. side of Naburn Wood; 18ac. lying between a close of R. A. called Nether Elde on N., and moor and waste of B. P. called Byrker Bushes on the S.; and 3ac.1r. meadow in the South Eynges of Naburn.

c) Lands as U DDBH/12/66b being of 44s. lesser value than those as U DDBH/12/66a, B. P. to recompense R. A. with lands in other places, paying him rent meanwhile.

d) B. P. to grant R. A. common in two moors between Naburn and Deighton (one lying between the Ground Riddyng and the South Wood; the other between Byrker and the Nethereld) for 12 cattle, male or female, over two years of age, seven horses or mares, 60 sheep and six swine, with their offspring up to the age of six months.

e) B. P. to cause William Chapman of Naburn to convey 10ac. in Gileriddyng to R. A.

f) Sir Guy Fairfax to act as referee.
