Description:

Richard Bell of York merchant to Richard Levitt of Naburne gentleman. The fifth part of a messuage and lands in Naborne, inherited by Dame Jane Greenebury as one of heirs of Richard Bell of York esquire (as in U DDBH/12/95): Recites conveyances from her to R. B. (29 Jan 1641/42); and from Richard and Jane Saltmarshe to R. B., Robert Bell now deceased, and John Breares (5 Apr 1648); and quitclaim, from John Breares to R. B. (13 May 1648). Witnesses Tho. and Lewis D'Arcy, Francis Smyth.
