Three cottages, 2 1/2 heads, a penny place, 17 1/2ac. of Penny Ing or Oxgang Ing and 72 1/2ac. of Penny Land or Oxgang Land; two penny places built in the West End, 6ac. called the Pighills, 2ac. at Hurne, 3 1/2ac. at Rawhalls, 1ac.1r. at the Fleet, 1 1/2ac. at Wistow Lane, 3ac. lately Sturrs, 1ac.3r. at Woodside, 2ac. at Wollay side penny land, 1r. in North Field, 2ac. 'near the said house', 4ac. at Dogfleet, 3ac. at North Field Side, 2ac. called Fleet Close, 5ac. late Rawdens, and 1r. at Vicars Leas; all in Wistow: Witnesses Nich. Suger, Wm. Watkinson, D'arcy Preston. Endorsement of receipt for a further £150 on the Mortgage (making £1250 in all - a previous £200 having been received) (13 Jul 1720).
