All right of common in parcels lately enclosed (by Richard Brathwaite and Richard Denton deceased) from common called the Tilmire, and all other rights of common in Deighton belonging to a farm bought by T. E. from Thomas Robinson of Beckhouse (son of T. R. of Pickering) and wife Dorothy: Witnesses John Wilmer, Leonard Pickard.
