Similar to U DDBH/3/40 by William Rocliffe to George Burton of York joiner. Endorsement of a Defeasance conditional on G. B. being saved harmless from recited Bonds in which he is jointly bound with W. R. to James Rakes of York haberdasher for payment of £6.13s.4d. Witnesses George Watsonn, Arthur Watson, Thomas Sympson. Also endorsed with Assignment of the premises by G. B. to Luke Robinson of London gentleman, for £10. Witnesses G. Ellis, John Lovell, Arthur Robinson, Francis Ellys (3 Mar 1617/18).
