Description:

(a) To be buried in church of St Peter, Cornhill, in the vault towards the upper end of the S. aisle of the chancel, in which his deceased wife (Cicelly) was buried. Bequests to poor, for a sermon at burial, two sermons a year for 20 years, poor of Bishopsgate Ward; clothworkers' porters at Waterside and Leadenhall; St Bartholomew's Hospital; Christ's Hospital; St Thomas Hospital in Southwark; poor hospital of Bridewell; poor of Bedlam; poor prisoners in Ludgate, Newgate, both compters, Marshallsea and King's Bench; St Peter's, Cornhill, for specified charities; maimed soldiers; poor of Derby; Mercers' Company; godson William Bate; god-daughters Anne Paine and Elsabeth Baynbrigg; cousin Flower; Robert Bristowe; Margaret, Marie and Joan, daughters of brother Payne; children of brother Bainebrigg; Margaret Fisher, her children and husband Thomas; Joan Higgins and three children; sister Joan Dutton; Anne Hubberd; maids Cesley, Nan, Jane Ellsworthe and Emme; Richard Walthall son of brother A.; brother Thomas and sons John and Thomas; sons William, Thomas and Luke; sister-in-law Anne; son-in-law Arthur Robinson and wife Elizabeth (and many other bequests) (25 Mar 1607/08)

(b) Incomplete. Bequests to wife Dame Margaret (Goddart), etc. (16 Jul 1608)

With memorandum of finding of the earlier Will after 3 Sep 1608 and after administration of the later Will had been granted to his daughter Elizabeth Robinson.
