Description:

Abraham Sowden of the Middle Temple gentleman, son of Christofer S. of Owstropp gentleman deceased, to Arthur Robinson of London merchant. For peaceful possession of the manor of Dighton with eight messuages, eight cottages, 400ac. land, 150ac. meadow, 200ac. pasture and 100ac. called Dighton Lees alias Dighton Springe alias Dighton Wood, and other estates formerly of John Aske esquire deceased of which A. R. is seised: Witnesses John Mayle and his servants G. Almery and Raphe Hayward.
