As in U DDBH/3/40); and to assign the manor house, closes, Coney Warren House and coney warren (as U DDBH/3/40) to Richard Heywood and Robert Ryder in trust for A. R. Recites a mortgage of the premises by W. R. to George Burton of York carpenter, which is to be redeemed. A. R. to lease closes called the Hopriddinges to Thomas Burton: Witnesses Robert Ryder, G. Almery.
