Recites a Bargain and Sale (25 January 1657/8) from Dame M.Y., F.R. and wife Katherin, Edward Moore of Black Hall, co. Lancs., esq. and wife Dorothy and William Byeers of Bermondsey, co. Surrey, to C.A.: third part of Middleton Hall in Helderton, co. Northumberland, with demesne lands called the Inne Groundes (500ac.) and an entire hill called the Sneere (or Sueere?) (500ac.): Not executed, 25 August 1658.
