E. & S.; and Ford Fields and land belonging to rectory of Bishopp Wearmouth N.). Also part of tithe and corn and grain in Ryhop alias Ruishope; messuages of Anne Halliday (common pinfold E.; Richard Wilsons house N.; Common Street S. & W.) and of Mary Ridley (adjoining Coney Warren at E. of Sunderland) and all other estate of W.H. father and son in Sunderland.
