A messuage, orchard, close, 7 oxgangs in the West Field and 4 oxgangs in the East Field of Cherry Burton. 3 closes called Lumbard Ings in Molescroft. Also £15 each from E. & A.J E.J. to have 8 oxgangs, a parcel called Garflatts and a Narrow Oxgang, all in the East Field; an oxgang called Three Great Oxgang in the West Field; close called Little Rainthorp and 5 crofts; a cottage and closes called Rainthorpe Close and Old House Garth, and a little close at Hessey Door; and a copyhold messuage and garths, all in Cherry Burton. Stoup Close and Fogg Close alias Swine Flatt and a moiety of Bygate Wood in Lockington A.J. to have a fold-yard and stand heck garth near the mansion house; 2 closes called Church Lees, 14 oxgangs in the East Field; a croft in the Stone Pitt; Russell House in garth: and a copyhold cottage, all in Cherry Burton.
